The first step to traveling to the Riyadh, Saudi Arabis is to determine if you need a Visa or if you are eligible to obtain a visa online or on arrival while others needs to apply at one of the Saudi diplomatic missions in advance.

*ICSDI organizing committee will do their best to facilitate the visa issuing of our respected authors/attendees. However, due to the COVID-19 conditions, we cannot guarantee the visa issuing for each candidate, as it is subjected to the responsible authorities' decision. In the case that your visa application is rejected, you will be notified. In that case, you are kindly requested to offer your presentation virtually.
The last date to receive Visa Applications is January 19, 2022.
Apply for KSA- eVisa
The eVisa will be a one-year, multiple entry visa, allowing tourists to spend up to 90 days in the country.
Just Three (3) simple steps: Fill the application, pay the visa fee and get your online Visa in 7 min.
After visa approval, they can take the request to their nearest Saudi Embassy. Once they come to Saudi, they can stay up to 6 months with this kind of visa, and they can do Umrah and do all the sites visits in Saudi Arabia. They just cannot work with their visa. While you are in Saudi, there is no check points on visa type to travel from Riyadh to Jeddah (Makkah) or Medina. Only for Hajj season there is visa check points on Makkah boarder for locals and non-locals.
